The "Project Next Showcase" is a specially organized, one-of-a-kind event established specificlally for the songwriter/artist. This event will highlight the "Hit Song" and some of the abilities that it takes to create and perform one. With an "all genres included" environment, writers and artists will be able to submit their potential hit songs to the Project Next board of successful industry representatives. From there they will select who will be performing. Those who will not be selected to preform will still have the opportunity to have their music played on the night of the event, and a chance to be picked for the SESAC download album.
-Here you will enter your best "radio style single" for a chance to land on the SESAC download album and have a chance to have your song licensed in popular TV Network shows!
-The SESAC download album will be available on the offical SESAC website for anyone in the world to download. SESAC will also make the download cards available at various SESAC sponsored events across the country throughout the year.
-The "Project Next Showcase" will feature at least four artists who submit their single to perform. Only one song will be selected to have a chance to be placed on TV(Sponsored by TinderBoxMusic.) The rest will all be considered for the SESAC compilation album.
-Also, other related entries will be played throughout the event that night...So don't miss your perfect networking experience!!!
This is an event created for the artists and writers -- by the artists and writers themselves. By taking part in this first annual one-of-a-kind event, you can consider yourself a part of the necessary contributions that keep Nashville's music community a growing part of today's industry. You can also say that you are a part of the evolution that is finally starting to take its place in the culture of Nashville's growing music scene. This event will display just that—a multi-genre networking platform where artists, writers, producers, and other music professionals will gather to see the inevitable happen.
